4. Booking & Payments

  • All lessons must be booked through the website.
  • Payment is required in advance.
  • Packages must be paid in full before lessons begin.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

I get it. Life happens. Therefore, Alalingo has a generous cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • There is no penalty for missed lessons. However, if there are three missed lessons in a row with no contact, Alalingo reserves the right to cancel future lessons.
  • Missed lessons are generally reschedulable. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may reduce scheduling flexibility and priority for preferred time slots.
  • No cancellation fees
  • No refunds on lessons that have already occurred.
  • If the student decides to cancel future classes, refund will be prorated for unused lessons.

Alalingo reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to emergencies or technical issues.

6. Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during lessons (slides, worksheets, videos, PDFs, recordings) are the intellectual property of Alalingo.

Students may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Sell
  • Share
  • Upload publicly

Without written permission.

8. Recording Policy

Lessons may not be recorded without written consent from both parties.

If Alalingo records a lesson for educational or quality purposes, students will be notified.

9. Code of Conduct

Students agree to:

  • Behave respectfully
  • Avoid harassment or inappropriate behavior
  • Not use lessons for illegal purposes

Alalingo reserves the right to terminate services without refund for inappropriate conduct.

10. Disclaimer

Alalingo does not guarantee:

  • Test score improvements
  • Job placement
  • Visa approval
  • Specific results

Progress depends on student participation and effort.

11. Limitation of Liability

Alalingo is not liable for:

  • Internet disruptions
  • Platform outages
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
