Trial Lessons

Trial lessons are free and no payment information is collected at sign up.

Refunds

• No cancellation fees
• No refunds on lessons that have already occurred.
• If the student decides to cancel future lessons, a refund will be prorated back to student for unused lessons.
• There is no penalty for missed lessons. However, if there are three missed lessons in a row with no contact, Alalingo reserves the right to cancel future lessons.

Digital Products (If Applicable)

Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital downloads are non-refundable.

Payment Disputes

Chargebacks without contacting Alalingo first may result in account suspension.
